Steve Gittelman is the co-owner and Clinic Director of Rocky Mountain Mind and Body. Steve is a double board Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist (CRNA) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 44 years of direct patient healthcare experience.

His clinical expertise encompasses pediatric, cardiovascular, neurosurgical, trauma, obstetrical, and psychiatric patients. He has extensive Ketamine administration experience in practice settings that span Level 1 trauma centers, rural critical access hospitals, large regional hospitals, out-patient surgery centers, flight nursing, and office-based healthcare settings along with his own Ketamine clinic. His clinical experience exceeds 86,000 hours of patient care.

Sara Palecki, Director of Patient Care and Certified Psychedelic Integration Guide

With over 20 years in the healing arts, Sara Palecki has prepared, facilitated and guided more than 1,000 individuals through over 4,000 IV Ketamine treatments accumulating over 5,000 hours of direct psychedelic therapy experience. Her extensive and wide-ranging background in behavioral health, addiction counseling, trauma-informed yoga therapy, meditation guidance, teaching, and integration coaching positions her at the forefront of of comprehensive mind-body healing.

Sara’s commitment to lifelong learning is evident in her studies under a master guru in India and her completion of Naropa University’s Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies program. As the visionary behind our transformative Ketamine therapy retreats in collaboration with Steve Gittelman, PMHNP, Sara artfully combines Yoga Nidra, mindfulness, and experiential group therapies to help participants heal, grow, and transcend personal barriers.

Serving as Director of Patient Care and Certified Psychedelic Facilitator and Guide at Rocky Mountain Mind and Body, Sara brings unwavering compassion, empathy, and a steadfast belief that every story deserves hope. Known for her compassionate and steady presence, Ramona is dedicated to guiding individuals through challenging emotions and past traumas, creating a space where you can explore your inner world with curiosity and courage. Her approach transforms these explorations into new perspectives and pathways for growth.

At Rocky Mountain Mind and Body, Ramona fosters a safe, supportive environment, centered on deep listening and harm reduction practices. With a commitment to ensuring your journey is both safe and judgment-free, she has personally guided over 850 unique Ketamine treatments, amounting to more than 1,000 hours of psychedelic guidance in Ketamine alone.

Lauren Loftus, RN

With nearly nine years of experience as a registered nurse, specializing in oncology, I’ve had the privilege of providing compassionate care to patients and their families during some of life’s most challenging moments. My expertise in patient assessment, symptom management, and emotional support has shaped my approach to holistic, patient-centered care. I am passionate about offering holistic patient centered care, focusing on the whole person.

I am excited to integrate my background in oncology nursing with my growing passion for alternative medicine. As I take this next step, I am motivated to continue making a meaningful impact in the lives of those I care for, embracing both conventional and alternative approaches to achieve the best outcomes. This has inspired me to embark on an exciting new chapter in my career as I transition into the world of alternative medicine. I’m eager to explore new modalities of healing that address not only the physical body but also the mind and spirit. I look forward to taking care of you and being part of your support team.

Outside of work, Lauren likes to spend time with her two favorite boys (in no particular order), her Pitbull, Bogart and her husband, Ryan. She enjoys yoga, photography, exploring new breweries, and traveling the world.

Porter Berryman, Co-Founder and CEO

Porter Berryman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rocky Mountain Mind and Body. She is also a passionate advocate of Ketamine Infusion Therapy due to her life-long struggle with anxiety and depression. As Porter likes to say..."I am you!"  After her first Ketamine Infusion, she felt a level of relief not experienced in decades. When her partner Steve planted the seed to start a new Ketamine Clinic In the Denver area, she did not hesitate. She shares a profound understanding with all who struggle with these debilitating disorders.

Porter not only handles the clinic business, she talks with our patients and helps many deal with the emotions and anxieties felt when contemplating this unique therapy. She can relate to that fear, excitement, and hopefulness a possible effective treatment can bring and is able to educate and reassure them and help them take that next step to relief.
