Group Ketamine Retreat: Emerging-Meeting the Self Again 5/30/26
Group Ketamine Therapy: Softening Into the Flow
We hold.
We try to control what feels out of control.
Reconnecting with your body’s natural rhythm and flow.
This group is especially supportive for those experiencing:
Chronic tension, over-control, or burnout
Difficulty letting go or trusting the process
A sense of efforting through life rather than living it.
Who may benefit from this group?
This group may resonate with people who are experiencing:
- Burnout or emotional exhaustion
- Feeling numb or disconnected from themselves
- Life transitions or identity shifts
- A sense that something inside is ready to come back online
- The early stages of healing after a difficult period
Ketamine therapy can create space in the mind and nervous system, allowing participants to reconnect with parts of themselves that have been protected, hidden, or dormant.
You don’t have to bloom all at once.
You don’t have to know exactly what comes next.
You only have to begin.
What Makes This Retreat Unique
Unlike our regular group therapy sessions, this retreat includes gentle stretching restorative yoga before the medicine journey, guided meditation, and music helping prepare both body and mind for a deeper, more balanced experience. You get more than medicine. You experience a whole luxury journey complete with all comfort items, certified guides, advanced practice providers.
Come as you are!
Leave enlightened, relaxed, and awed!
In addition, we’ll hold a preparation call on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 7:00 PM (via Zoom), where you’ll be invited to reflect on prompts such as:
Where am I overextended or undernourished right now?
What helps me return to myself?
What would balance feel like in my body, breath, and heart?
Together, we create a gentle, trauma-informed environment where participants can soften, listen inward, and meet themselves again with curiosity and compassion. The day will be guided by Sara Whaley, overseen by Steve Gittelman CRNA PMHNP, with medical support from our RNs and emotional support from our experienced guide team so that you are held safely and compassionately throughout the experience.
