Before the Holiday Rush, Make Room for Yourself
What needs to be done? Who needs us? What plans must be made? What expectations are we trying to meet?
Between family gatherings, celebrations, responsibilities, and the familiar pressure to make everything meaningful, it's easy to overlook a simple question:
What do I need to feel grounded, nourished, and supported as I move through the season ahead?
November offers an opportunity to explore that question before the pace picks up.
Not because something needs fixing. Not because you've reached your limit.
But because caring for yourself deserves a place in your life before you're running on empty.
A Different Kind of Self-Care Experience
Sometimes, care looks like rest.
Sometimes, it's connection.
It may mean creating boundaries, letting go of expectations, receiving support, or finding a little more room for joy.
And sometimes, it's simply allowing yourself to be present without having to accomplish anything.
A Season of Care invites you to explore self-care not as something you earn after taking care of everyone else, but as an ongoing practice of listening to yourself with curiosity and kindness.
This is a different kind of Saturday. One that makes space for you.
How Ketamine Fits Into This Experience
Ketamine is a dissociative anesthetic that is also used in carefully selected mental health treatment settings.
For some individuals, the subjective experience of ketamine may provide an opportunity to observe familiar thoughts, emotions, and patterns from a different perspective.
Within a supportive, professionally supervised group environment, participants are invited to approach their experience with curiosity rather than pressure or expectations.
Rather than arriving with a specific problem to solve, the invitation is to explore questions such as:
-
What happens when I allow myself to receive care?
-
What does rest mean to me?
-
What might I need more of as the seasons change?
-
What would it feel like to make room for myself?
Every ketamine experience is individual. There is no required insight, emotional outcome, or particular way you are expected to feel.
The intention is to create space to feel, reflect, receive, reconnect, and listen.
What to Expect
A Small, Supportive Group Environment
Our group is limited to 10 participants, allowing for an intimate gathering and individual attention within the group setting.
Experienced Guidance and Professional Oversight
The experience is supported by Rocky Mountain Mind and Body's trained ketamine team, with appropriate medical screening and clinical oversight.
Our guides help create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where participants can approach their experiences in their own way.
Reflection, Connection, and Integration
The gathering is designed around the themes of receiving care, listening inward, and making room for yourself as the seasons change.
Participants are encouraged to approach the experience without pressure to share personal information or reach a particular conclusion.
A Setting That Welcomes You As You Are
Whether you're familiar with ketamine treatment or exploring this type of experience for the first time, our approach is grounded in compassionate, inclusive, individualized care.
Participation requires appropriate medical evaluation and clinical clearance. Ketamine is not suitable for everyone.
Who Might Be Interested in This Experience?
A Season of Care may appeal to adults interested in exploring self-care, reflection, and connection in a guided group setting.
The invitation may resonate with people who spend much of their time caring for others, balancing responsibilities, or approaching the holidays with mixed emotions.
You don't need to identify with the psychedelic community or have a particular spiritual practice to appreciate the themes of this gathering.
You simply need curiosity about what it might mean to make a little more room for yourself.
However, this is a ketamine experience rather than a conventional wellness group event. Participation is subject to clinical screening, discussion of risks and benefits, and medical clearance.
