Group Ketamine Retreat: Tending the Sprout 3/21/26
Tending the Sprout: Supporting What’s Beginning is our March group ketamine therapy event, created for those in a tender season of healing. Sometimes healing doesn’t arrive as a breakthrough, but as a quiet shift within; not as a dramatic revelation, but as a subtle softening. A small inner stirring toward something new. When something inside you is beginning to change, even if you can’t quite name it, it deserves care, not pressure.
This immersive, trauma-informed group offers space to support what is emerging without rushing it. Rather than striving for clarity or forcing transformation, we gather to rest, receive support, and gently tend to what is newly alive within. Small beginnings are sacred. You don’t need to have it figured out — only a willingness to show up and listen inward.
If you feel something gently beginning inside you — even if it’s small — this is a space to support it with patience, warmth, and trust in your own timing.
Why Join This Retreat?
Creating inner balance is not about perfection, it’s about being in honest relationship with your inner world, tending to it with care, and learning how to return to center when life inevitably pulls you off track. This retreat creates space to:
Regulate your nervous system – soften stress and find breath and grounded presence.
Stay rooted in your truth – hear your own voice; not the noise of others' expectations
Protect your energy – When you're balanced internally, you can set boundaries without guilt, hold space for others without depletion, and lead or guide from a well-resourced place.
Support spiritual growth – Just like the earth follows cycles of light and dark, your own inner rhythm needs both stillness and momentum, joy and sorrow, action and rest. Balance helps you honor every part of your journey, not just the shiny or productive ones.
Bridge body, mind & heart – Inner balance isn’t just mental clarity—it’s embodied wholeness. When your body, heart, and mind are in harmony, you’re more available to yourself and those you love and support.
What Makes This Retreat Unique
Unlike our regular group therapy sessions, this retreat includes restorative yoga before the medicine journey, guided meditation, and music helping prepare both body and mind for a deeper, more balanced experience. You get more than medicine. You experience a whole luxury journey complete with all comfort items, certified guides, advanced practice providers.
Come as you are!
Leave enlightened, relaxed, and awed!
In addition, we’ll hold a preparation call on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 7:00 PM (via Zoom), where you’ll be invited to reflect on prompts such as:
Where am I overextended or undernourished right now?
What helps me return to myself?
What would balance feel like in my body, breath, and heart?
