She has over 16 years of experience in the healing arts.
Sara’s professional journey is distinguished by personally preparing and guiding over 1100 unique individuals in over 2700 Ketamine treatments. This equates to more than 3500 hours of direct psychedelic therapeutic experience just in Ketamine therapy alone.
Sara’s considerable experience with direct patient contact in both private and group psychedelic therapies is profoundly enriched by her dedicated application of yoga Nidra and meditation principles in therapeutic settings. Incorporating yoga and meditation principles into her psychedelic therapy work, Sara has harnessed the power of these practices to create profound and enhanced journeys. Sara is also attending the prestigious Naropa University in the Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies program to widen her already extensive knowledge in the psychedelic therapeutic world.
As the primary Director of Patient Care and certified psychedelic guide at Rocky Mountain Mind and Body, Sara uses her natural skills of compassion, empathy, and kindness to lead patients into a safe space where they can surrender to the psychedelic experience. She believes that there is always room for hope and each person’s story matters.
When Sara is not busy preparing and guiding patients through their own healing journeys, holding sacred space in group healing processes, and teaching yoga/meditation, she loves to laugh, explore nature, travel, and most of all, spend time with her family.
